Shipping - How long does it take?
Our ambition is to send your order on imidiatly. Delivery times vary depending on the postal service and your location. Regular delivery in Europe: 3-6 working days. At this time we do not offer  Express delivery. Upon despatch you will recieve an email with al delivery information, including parcel-ID for track & trace.

Shipping Prices
Shipping to European countries listed below charges amount to:

• €15 /£12 for one pair of shoes
• €10 / £9 for two or more pairs
• FREE  SHIPPING (not to the US) ON ALL ORDERS OVER €200 / £180

For orders of only shoe care products, socks or similar items, Grand Shoes uses the Swedish Postal Services’ pricelist for standard letters. If these products are included in an order together with a pair of shoes, no shipping fees will be charged for these items.

Transport damage
If goods are lost or if you discover upon receipt that the parcel has been damaged in transport, please notify us immediately.


Unclaimed parcels
Grand Shoes reserves the right to transfer ownership of parcels not claimed from your local dispatch within 14 days after delivery to the shipping company in the relevant country (= "treated as abbandoned"). Express delivery, courier services and home delivery In addition to postal deliveries, we offer several other delivery alternatives. We send all orders through the Europan Mail Network, wich means that we for example ship with ParcelForce to the UK, Deutsche Post to Germany, TNT to Netherlands et cetera,
